After the New Year, finally decided to seek treatment. I met with a fine young man, Tristan, who took real good care of me. After 1 visit, the heel was pain free for 2 days & the knee, no pain kneeling! After every visit, the pain free days increased! I have to do my part with exercises at home &/or the gym. I wholeheartedly recommend Kinatex Sports Physio Cote Vertu! Perhaps this weekend warrior can rejoin the game before this season is over!“
